John Mac Mullen continues to drive business development for the Global Sales Team by creating new and innovative methods for our sales professionals to connect with meeting planners across the country. He brings with him years of experience as a Benchmark regional director for sales and marketing over our South Florida destinations where he was awarded Benchmark’s Sales Leader Of TheYear.

Todd Outhouse is Benchmark’s expert in the Northwest specializing in the Technology segment. Based at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington, Todd is within striking distance of the largest tech companies in the U.S. He also develops partnerships with the retail, healthcare, legal and business services that are densely populated around the Portland and Seattle areas. Todd brings over twenty years of experience to the GSO team and with that tenure comes a very high standard of service.

Brynn Kessler is Benchmark’s global account manager for the West Coast and brings years of group sales experience to the organization. Brynn is based at Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz which gives her convenient access to businesses around the San Francisco Bay area and San Jose.

Abby Betts joins Benchmark’s global sales team from Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona where she is Director of Sales. Abby brings thirteen years of experience selling and servicing meetings and events of all sizes and scope. During her tenure at Hotel Valley Ho, she has built an excellent network of relationships with meeting planners throughout the Midwest and West Coast regions. Abby credits the service fundamentals she learned earlier in her career as an executive meetings manager for her now expert ability to “find a fit” for any conference.

Dawn Kingston oversees Benchmark’s global sales efforts in the Midwest region. She is based in theChicago area and has been remotely representing the Wigwam (Litchfield Park, AZ) for over 4 years.Dawn brings over 20 years of group sales experience to the table.

Linda Maurer oversees Benchmark’s global sales efforts in the Southwest region. She is based at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas and brings 20 years of group sales experience to the table. Linda is a member of Texas Society of Association Executives and remains connected with many organizations within the state.

Mousumi Johnson supports the global sales team’s marketing and telemarketing efforts and is integral in the planning of Benchmark’s Destination Experiences. Mousumi brings 30 years of sales knowledge to our organization and has worked developing corporate, association, SMERF and transient sales in several different capacities.

Dustin Mathews joins the Benchmark global sales team from Margaritaville Lake Resort outside of Houston, TX, where he is the Director of Sales. Through his 23 years in the hospitality industry, the first 15 were spent on the operations side, working various roles in hotels, restaurants and PGA golf properties. His last 8 years in Sales has yielded great success from tapping into his operations background and ensuring the dream is executed, not just sold.

Patti Caulfield oversees Benchmark’s global sales efforts in the Northeast region. She is based at Edith Macy Center in Briarcliff Manor, New York. Patti’s exposure to Fortune 500 companies within Westchester and Metro New York keeps her days exciting. She is extremely adept at finding the right Benchmark property for clients very quickly.

Corinne Whittington oversees Benchmark’s global sales efforts for Florida and is based at Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys. Corinne brings over 15 years’ experience in the Southeast Market, which includes 6 years selling for Hawks Cay which is a very prolific destination for Florida businesses spanning almost all segments of industry.
